Lock Pieces/Parts in Place

Locking Parts in the Page Editor

It is sometimes convenient to lock a part in place when creating a complicated page. Very often people lock their design part when adding labels and lines, so that this cannot accidentally selected and moved.

To lock a part, look at the command panel at the left. There you will find a tiny clip0158 or clip0159 indicating the locked status of the current part. Click the tiny button to change lock or unlock.

 

Locking Pieces in the Design Editor

Often it is very convenient to lock a piece or group of pieces in the Design Editor. Very often people do this for their tents they cannot be moved accidentally while working on the interior furnishings of the tent.

You will find a buttons clip0157 or clip0156 at the top of the menu, first in the right-hand group of buttons. This shows the locked status of the current piece, which you can reverse by clicking the button.
