In the Design Editor, if you load a tree or bush, then click Options > Grow Trees, the menu above will appear. This is the Grow menu and it allows you to set the age of a single tree or other "growable" piece. It can also be used to add to or subtract from the ages of all such pieces in your design.

To change the age of a tree, simply click on and then change the value in the Age box of the menu. You can also force a height or width by clicking on the appropriate box and making the desired change.

To "grow" a single tree, or all of the trees in your landscape, use the bottom part of the menu. By selecting the appropriate radio button and filling in the years box, you can quickly get a rough idea of what a landscape will look like in the future.

Landscapes created with this program are gross estimates of what a real landscape may look like. In non-critical situations the growth simulated by the program may be useful. In critical situations landscapes should be verified by some other method to insure correctness.
